    The amount of consumption depends on many factors including;

    • The type of flour used
    • Time to rest and sleep
    • Temperature of ambient air and dough water
    • The amount of flour consumed and the volume of bread produced
    • Amount of salt and sugar consumed

    The bakery can get the right amount of yeast according to the existing conditions by repeating and experimenting.

    Very important note:
